There are NO options for sound in those locos that will please you in anyway shape or form.

If the motor and the frame are too crowded with these locos can you use a dummy loco in any way, shape or form?  For instance, can you have the sound decoder in a powered unit and a small wire going to the speaker in a dummy unit coupled to it?

Are there any N Scale locos with DCC sound that are acceptable?

Has anyone put a sound decoder in an Atlas N Scale SD-50? How about an Intermountain N Scale SD-40T-2?   What are the options, if any?  How's the sound?

Thank you,

 Eric
