I don't use Digitrax but had the same problem with my Prodigy Advance. This is how I figured out how to program my Bachmann DCC turnouts.
First: on the prodigy advance handheld slect ACCY.
Second: on the turnout you want to program use a pen and press the program button and hold for 2 seconds. The turnout will toggle four times.
Third: on the prodigy advance handheld type in the address you wish to assign the turnout and press enter. The turnout will toggle twice to indicate it has accepted the new address.
Might work the same way with the Digitrax system.

I think someone else found the info and posted it here. It's not completely straightforward as I recall, because the Bachmann turnouts are designed to work with even the EZ-Command, which can't address stationary decoders. There is a way to make it work with Dynamis and other DCC systems that can, though. Either Digitrax system would be able to program it, there's little difference in capability.

Most stationary decoders have specific programing instructions. Check the documentation that comes with the turnouts, it should describe the process. Either the Z or the SEB would be capable of doing it.

Hi All.
I am planning on purchasing either the Digitrax Zephyr or the Super Empire Builder for my modest layout which has several Bachmann DCC turnouts. I have gone through the on-line manual for these 2 systems and can not seem to find how these turnouts are programmed for either the Zephyr or the Empire. Can somebody please assist me in this matter before I make my final choice?
