Note where the files are on the one computer, and copy them all to the same folder on the second computer. On the second computer, open DecoderPro and under the Debug menu select Recreate Roster Index.

On Windows the files are in C:\Documents and Settings<user name>\JMRI\Roster is in XP, or C:\Users\<user name>\JMRI\Roster for VIsta or Win7

I just asked the exact same question on the JMRI Yahoo group last week and was directed to this help page that provided the answer

 http://jmri.sourceforge.net/help/en/html/apps/DecoderPro/RosterFile.shtml

By copying both the Roster.xml and the roster folder you don't then have to go through the process of rebuilding the roster.  It worked just fine and I now have my complete roster at my desk PC as well.
