I assume you are doing an advance consist.  What isn't working to what you're expecting?

There is the basic advance consist but some lighting and sound effects have to be changed individually if looking for perfection.

Hi Hamtnblue, I use a Prodigy Advance. I've been programing on the main and everything seems to program properly, I even reset and reprogrammed one of the three tsunami diesels I have, no difference. Key swap works fine normally, but will not let me use all the key functions in a consist. It seems more like the function key total values are not correct. Loco's run fine along with horn, bell, lights and engine sound. Den.

Tsunami diesel consisting ?

Hi everyone, I really could use some help on consisting my tsunami diesels. I read the article by Bob Collet on Tony's Train Exchange about consisting tsunami's. I first did a control button swap, cv30 4, and added the cv bit numbers and applied them to my cv 21 and 22, but I do not get all the controls I should, especially brake release/squeal on either the lead or trailing units, and the coupler crash is on both units, it shouldn't be on the lead unit. Lead cv 21 - 127, cv 22 - 33, Trailing cv 21 - 248, cv 22 - 33. Also I did put the compressor on automatic, I tried subtracting the compressor but it made no difference, so I set it back to the original settings, same as before. I love DCC, I just wish it wasn't smarter than I am. Thanks in advance, Den.
