Using LED's for structure lighting

Over the past six months, I read an small article about how this guy made a LED lighting circuit for his structures.  I have looked in the past MR's but can't seem to find the article.  It might have been in the information desk, as it was a small article.  Does anyone have an idea what month this article was written?

if i remember rite i think is the may 2008 issuse i think

i have done 4 of them n they are kool i think its for dcc if i remember rite lol

A little more info might help. Was it a circuit for a power supply? Was it a full circuit with load resistors and LED's? Actually, lighting a structure with LED's is almost as easy as with incandescent lamps. Maybe a description of what you're trying to do.
