I'd love some pointers. This will be a focal point of my passenger service on a mountainous branch of my upcoming layout. I'd like it to be as loaded with goodies as I can get :)

 What do you need to know?

I did a couple with hard wired decoders before the plug and pray version was introduced.

I put in a couple of DN-143K2's from digitrax. Similar to other drop in's. I haven't installed interior lighting though Good runners.

I think I'll use the digitrax, it looks slick. Basically the teardown manuals online should be aedequate, but I'll have to come up with my own lighting board I suppose. Those surfame mount LED's should work fine in a blue-white color..... guess I'll just give it a go!
