walthers code 83 frogs

I changed scales to Ho and have installed a bunch of Peco code 83 electrofrog turnouts with Tortoise Machines. I power the frogs with the jumper wire on the bottom of the switch and the 2nd, third and fourth tabs on the switch machine. All work great. My problem is i needed a #4 and could not get a Peco. I purchased a "New" Walthers code 83. The Turnout is gapped  but does not have the jumper wire. Does anyone have a diagram or photo that shows the correct place to solder the power wire to the bottom of the turnout. There are a couple of posts that might answer my question, but they come up with an error message. Thanks Mike. And a Merry Christmas to all, hope Santa was good to you too.
