Hello,
I'm looking for a "welding light" circuit to make myself. Can anyone help me out please?

Luc:
Welcome to the forum! If you are looking for a circuit to simulate the flashing light given off by an arc welder a circuit is available at:

I hope this helps.

Here are a couple direct links.
The below one has sound also. I have seen the below one at a model railroad show.

For cheap, here is what I have done.
I have taken a 1.5 volt Miniatronics light bulb, soldered the leads to a 1/8 inch phone plug and plugged it into a cheap AM/FM radio headphone jack. First I find a radio station. Plug in the light, turn up the volume and watch the flicker for a suitable flash rate with interruptions. I use to use it on AM with a talk station but found out DCC causes a lot of interference. I had to switch to FM. I put a little blue color using a highlighter marker.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
