Joe!

You're a star! That's the one! Now I WILL write it down.

By the way cacole, the only times I have had this problem is with two BLI SW7's. They talk back when you change settings in factory mode. NCE doesn't like the voice and needs for it to be switched off.

Now off to do it!

Cheers

I have the NCE Powerhouse Pro and ProCab Radio throttles and have never had to turn off the decoder verbal readback in order to program them.

 Barry:

I've had the same problem remembering the CV number so I've written it on a label and stuck it near my program track.  It is CV 62 - set it to 0 to turn off the verbal response and back to 1 to turn it back on.

Download either the Revolution A or U manual from

http://www.qsisolutions.com/downloads/index.html

See page 8 in the A manual, or page 10 in the U manual for directions.

Hope this helps,

Gil

Switching off 'voice'

Hi guys

I've been told before but can't remember. The NCE DCC system does not like QSI talking. (The function that returns a voice that tells the change you've made etc.) Can someone remind me hoW you switch this function off on NCE?

Thanks

Barry Cool
