Any mfg making amtrak engines with factory installed dcc

Looking for an amtrak engine with dcc installed from factory. Have not seen any advertised and was wondering if anyone knows of any....thanks Marges diamond...

What particular model of loco are looking for? What scale?

I have not seen any that come factory installed with sound.
