What is CV for analog on and off with NCE decoders?

Cleaning wheels with a DC power pack today, but my brain is not in gear. 

What is CV for analog on and off with NCE decoders? 

And what are the values....1 on 0 off ?

thanks to anyone with the info on the tip of their brain.

CV29 Bit 2. Add or subtract 4 from CV29 depending on what it currently is. If DC is off, add 4 to turn it on. See here: http://www.2mm.org.uk/articles/cv29%20calculator.htm Same for every brand decoder.
