That warning has been in effect for a couple of years now. I had the bad luck to make one of my cabs address 49 and after spending a lot of time on the NCE forum, the warning was issued. There is also a procab address that shouldn't be used, can't tell you what because I am in the office, not the railroad room, but NCE issued a warning on it also. Tony had the same warning on his website for some time, don't know if it is still there.
