Thanks, Robert.  I don't think that is what I saw, but for my learning purposes, it will work.

This table has some sample V-start, V-mid, and V-max settings for switchers, road switchers, and mainline lcocos(it is also in the Digitrax Decoder Manual).

I know that recently I came across somewhere on the Internet some recommended speed settings for switchers, mainline freight and passenger locomotives.  I can't seem to find it again, so if any of you know of a site that has that info, I'd appreciate a link.

Alternatively, if you want to share suggestions from your experience that would do just fine.
