Decoders for BLI F7 and P2K E8

I've got a BLI F7 with sound and a P2K E8 that I plan to run in a lash-up with a dummy B unit.  Both are plug 'n play and I'd like to know the best decoder choice that will work for both locos since I'll be setting them up in a consist.  I assume they can use the same decoder.
