 Yes, provided you don't have a large fleet of sound-equipped locomotives and lighted passenger cars all sitting on powered track at the same time. 

You can easily add another 5 Amp booster and power supply if yours does show signs of being inadequate for the task at hand.

 You might want to "plan ahead" now, since you're still in the early design phases of a new layout, and break it up into "power districts".  Your one booster can be connected to all of those power districts to start things off, but if you run into problems in the future it would be easier to add an additional booster or two.

I converted to DCC on my 4' x 13' 2 years ago and was impressed and have not yet mastered it. I bought the Digitrax Super Empire Builder with a 5 amp power supply. I'm building a new layout which is bigger and has about 105 ft. of track and is HO scale. Will that 5 amp power supply be able handle it?

Being old is when you didn't loose it, it's that you just can't remember where you put it.
