Tonight I hooked up an NCE switch 8 to 2 of my new tortoise switch machines. While testing I had problems that took an hour to fix.The instructions for programming say to jumper out the setup A pins.Turns out there is an oops by manufacturing. There is no jumper in the holes for setup A. The Jumper is in setup B.I shorted between the holes of A and it worked.I'll be posting on their tech email .Anyone else having problems with them it might just be that.

I think you got a bum one, the picture on their web site and in the instruction sheet cklearly shows the jumper pins next to the A label and the holes empty next to the B hole. B being closest to the rotary switch, A being further away. If yours has the jumper pins in the B holes, it was put together wrong.
