My NCE PRO-R stopped working in radio mode. It works okay plugged in but when unplugged the screen says "RADIO V1.5 ID=2" and the track light is green and the manual says it should be orange. Help please.

Is it possible the batteries have gone dead? I don't own the wireless version, but reading the manual online tends to make me think the batteries might be weak or dead. Hope this helps.
