Take a tip from David B and download and install DecoderPro even if you don't have a way to directly connect your computer to your DCC system. You can make the changes and easily see what CVs have to change. Doing so (but without verifying it with the Digitrax manual), I got the following:
CV51 = 106
CV52 = 107
CV113 = 122
CV114 = 123
Assuming F1 is the right front ditch light, F2 is the left front ditch light, F3 is the right rear ditch light, and F4 is the left rear ditch light.

It should be listed in either the Digitrax DH163 or DH165 decoder manual.

I am also interested in the solution to this problem.

Try this link. What you probably need is in the FX3 effects links you can click on. They talk about ditch light behavior. The 165 replaced the 163 so the CV's should be similar if not exact.

I have a DH165L0 that I have ditchlihgts hooked up to. I have ditchlights on the front and the rear, so I have functions 1-4 used up. What CV's do I change so that the ditchlights will be on in their respective directions, and they will flash when F2 is pressed?
Thanks!
