MRC sometimes takes a beating on here but I just wanted to relay a recent experience. I had trouble with my Prodigy Advance system after a derailment. At first I thought I had decoder problems but figured out is was the base unit. I called MRC and had a trouble shooting session with a tech. Nothing worked so he had me send the unit back. It was repaired at no charge and I am up and running again. My little boy is thrilled he can go see dads trains run again. thanks MRC.
