GeromeI am connecting two LEDs in close proximity. Can I put just one limiting resistor on one side to serve both LEDs
Each LED should have its own resistor to protect each other in case one burns out. With two LEDs connected to one resistor, if one burns out the other will soon follow. Resistors are cheap, so there's no need to scrimp on them.
Getting old now.
I've forgotten. I am connecting two LEDs in close proximity. Can I put just one limiting resistor on one side to serve both LEDs or does each LED always require its own resistor?
Thanks.
