The Advanced throttle is compatible with the Express. If you have both throttles plugged in at the same time, you have to make sure that they have different throttle addresses.

MRC Prodigy Advance cab
Posted by on30phil on Friday, January 23, 2009 8:41 AM

Hey All, First Post!

I use the MRC Prodigy Express DCC system as I'm usually the only operator and have few engines.

(I model in ON30). I'd like to add another throttle and think i'd like to try the prdigy advance throttle.

Is it just a matter of wiring in an extention plate and plugging in the new throttle? Is the advance throttle compatible with the express system? Anyone want to sell an advance throttle?

Thanks

Phil
