Walthers has DCC lighting kits for their passenger cars.  Minitronics(?) has a 'universal' DCC lighting board(you will need to figure out how you are going to get the power from the rails/wheels).  As David mentioned, Rapido has their 'Easy Peasy' lighting kits.  They work great and run a long time off of the small batteries.  I have been using them for cars that have no truck lighting system and they are easy to install, and the turn on/off with a magnetic 'wand' you pass over the car.  They to using DCC track power is to make sure the lighting system can handle the 13-16 volts a DCC system puts on the rails.
