A PB105 is a Power Booster for the NCE PowerPro system.  It does not support the Power Cab, which is a separate system all together.   You need a Command station from NCE and a 5 amp power supply first, to operate any other component.   Power booster are for larger layouts that either exceed the 50 foot rule fpr potental power loss, or you have so many engines that you have to block your railroad so as not to exceed the 5 amp limit of the regular command station.    If you were to go to the NCE powerPro system, you would be able to use your Power cab just like the Pro-cab.

Since the Power Cab does not have a control bus output, I don't know if you can connect it to the pb105. Since the control bus is a low current version of the track output, you might be able to connect the track output of the Power Cab to the control bus input of the booster, but that is not something I would try without contacting NCE to see what they say about it.

Go to the NCE web site and download the documention for the booster.  That should show you how to hook everything up and explain what you need.
