who sells a dcc equiped n scale switcher?

Good catch...  didn't realize that one was actually available decoder equipped.  My biggest issue with most decoder equipped engines, specially with the Atlas line is that you aren't getting the best decoder for your money, they are usually bottom of the barrel very basic decoders.  For the extra $35 Atlas charges you for decoder equiped then you should be getting a top end decoder like a DN163 series.

I don't believe anyone at this time makes one DCC equipped.  loathar is correct that the Bachmann will be coming out with the GE 44ton.  I know the Atlas switchers are DCC ready and that TCS makes the decoder for it but I haven't had the pleasure of working on this engine.  I have however done several of the Kato NW2's with the Digitrax DN123K3 and it was very easy and you end up with a good little switcher that runs well.

looking for one for my one industry layout that im building. its most likely going to be modeled after the steel industry but im still undecided. anyways i want an undecorated one for line that i made up in my family name.
