GB Electronics Switch Machines...
Posted by KB0QQW on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 11:44 PM

Hello all,

We're in the middle of a layout wide electrical cleanup project and cannot seem to find any documentation or wiring schematics for the GB Electronics Switch Machines that are used on the layout.

We looked online but could not locate any website for GB Electronics.  Can someone please point us towards documentation or wiring schematic for these switch machines?

Thanks,
Chris

Check out the following site.  Scroll down to where it says switch machines and you'll see a reference to GB machines.

Another page from the site mentioned above.

Some mention is made on this page as to the wiring and axillary contacts but the info is sketchy at best.

Just found this in a search. I had to join which only took a few minutes. Here is the link. Cannot figure out how to add a clickable link. I will work on that issue later.

Four photos from the thread. The thread will give a more complete explanation if you join.

The smaller PC board rides in the two white plastic guides. The first photo shows how the external compnonents connect.
