Loco Ce with Lenz

I bought a Lenz package with Loco Ce in December 2007. I have a PDA with Windows Mobile 5x. I have not been able to get the system to operate properly. The PDA will connect once and if I disconnect and try to reconnect I have no luck. This has been the case with the PDA cradled or going thorugh a wifi router. The suppliers of the Loco Ce have not been able to help todate. Can anyone out there help?
