has anyone tried out "the flea" switch motors by Cypress Engineering?

You forgot to add in the cost of a stationary decoder which can range from $8-$20/turnout.
It would be nice if they sold these minus the turnout so you could install them yourself and save some $$$. I also wonder what the lifespan of that little switch motor is?
