I dint know I never had a bad one. Now dont blame TCS. I ordered a tool that I use at work and got an Email that it was shipped on 6-18. I got it on 7-3. Paid $7.98 for shipping!!!!  The Fed ex guy said they couldnt find my house. I said UPS finds my house all the time and if you cant find my house discount the shipping. BTW the part could have traveled in a regular envelope through the mail.

Can't say for sure. Friend of mine sent one in two weeks ago. New one was in his mailbox the other day.

BTW, we are in the same locale as you.

...about their Goof-Proof decoder warranty turnaround time.  Are we talking weeks, or months?  I sent in my nonfunctioning A4X 9 days ago and, while I wasn't actually expecting the replacement by now, I'd like to know for planning purposes.  (BTW They're in a neighboring state, not across the continent)
