Things like that happen to ALL OF US, whether we want to admit it or not.  There may be Master Model Railroader, but not God Model Railroaders.

HOW DUMM CAN I BE???????
Posted by DONFLA on Sunday, April 27, 2008 11:14 AM

Its not like this is my first layout

I am down to a 2' X 8' shelf layout  HO  (9 code 83 Atlas switches) using there cheap junk controllers just to get up and running. Had a series of 2 controllers, 3 controllers and 4 controllers at diffrent places. Could not throw any of the switches past the first controllers. Trouble shooted everything and nothing worked. By the way, I also solder all my connections and even the track.

Well come to find out it was a simple problem and I feel so stupid. I didn't have the metal power connectors real tight,  I mean real tight like they are now.  Problem solved.  All 9 switches are throwing now.

Thanks for everybodys help.  I love this Forum!!!!!!!!!!Smile [:)]  DON
