  Hi Jean

Try the BLI website and on there forum page in HO is instructions for programing with Lenz systems. I have two Blueline steamers and have had no problems programing with my NCE system. I for one love the bluelines sound and they run realy good too.

  Hope this helps.

You can find my Guide to winning the BlueLine decoder battle here

After fighting this battle, I've personally decided no more BlueLine locos on the Siskiyou Line. I just don't need the dual decoder headache. The BLI sound is nice, but it's not *that* good.

There's a tutorial somewhere here on these forums written by Joe Fugate about programming Blue Line products.  The main problem with them is that the sound decoder and motor control decoder must be programmed individually before the motor decoder is installed in the locomotive, or you must lock one decoder while you program the other; and each different brand of decoder has a different CV to lock one.

Edit:  Here's a link to the Blue Line Decoder Programming information:

Problem with programming DCC in BlueLine

Hello,I'm Jean Claude from Spain.......I have installed, for the first time,in my new BlueLine locomotive a DCC decoder (Digitrax). All correct with 03 address, from the factories, running, lights & sounds.I use a Digital PLUS by LENZ (LH100).But when I have modified the address, only the engine runs,WITHOUT lights & sounds!!??...On DC operation all correct.I do Reset CV8=8,and the same with 03 address, that is running without lights & sounds.??I know, there are two decoders,my Digitrax and the sound board(from BLI).On the "operator's manual" I don't understand HOW I do,with the CV15 & CV16,I think necessary to activate, another time, the lights & sounds. If by any chance,a clever man can help me....Thank you very much

Sincerely.Jean Claude.
