Decoder issue

Are you sure you're trying to run it on the correct address?  A new decoder comes from the factory set on address 3.

Also double check your wiring and insure that you have all of them connected correctly -- red and black to the wheel electrical pickups, orange and gray to the motor, blue and white to the LED through an appropriate resistor.

I have been working on this Atlas GP-40 for awhile now. I have installed DCC and LED headlights, but all of a sudden the unit is not getting alot of power. Only one headlight comes on and it's very dim and the unit will not move nor can I hear the motor humming, but it is getting power. What gives????
