Hi Woofda,

I have never had to wire any turnouts for DCC because I use Peco code 100 streamline electrofrog turnouts. I install them the same as for DC and in both HO and N I have never had a problem. Last year I helped re-wire the club layout to run either as DC or DCC and the turnouts on that are at least 15 years old. There have been no problems.

Has anyone come across wiring diagrams for double turnouts? Is there a good source for figuring out where to put the isolation spacers?

Anytime you are trying to figure out what needs to be isolated, draw a diagram like this..

Anyplace you see red and blue cross, needs to be isolated. In my particular case, the frogs of this double crossover are power routed through the tortise motors that control the points.

The correct way to put this is to call it a double crossover turnout.
