Lenz Silver motor configuration

I have a P2K SD9, with a Lenz Silver decoder installed. The lenz Silver decoder manual, CV 50 says, "Select motor type 0-5, enter as decimal number". Any one know what number to use for this engine, and what the different settings (0-5) do to the motor? Also CV 114 says "change duty cycle for motor type 4 or 5, what is a duty cycle? Thanks for the help.
