CV for change foward/reverse travel?

I don't know about your specific loco/decoder....but every one I have ever encountered.....and all my four brands use CV 29 values 2 and 3 (short address) or 32 and 33 (long address) or similar (see below) if using speed tables to reverse direction. 

I believe these CV settings are universal.

These are also handy if you get the entire project back together with the shell on, and find that you have soldered the motor wires in reverse...easy to do if you have the motor out for checking before you solder it all up.

I have a BLI,HO, RSD 15 with QSI sound and a Digitrax F142 (?) N scale decoder.For some reason,I can not download the QSI pdf instruction manual or find a manual for the digitrax decoder.The engine now runs long hood forward and I want it to run short hood forward.....What CV and value do I punch in?
