Do any of you MR's or railfans in Virginia know what kind of coal hoppers are being used by Virginia Power these days? Have they gone to Bethgons? Does the power plant in Alexandria use a rotary dumper?
Walthers has Trinity RD-4s in VAPX, but I assume those are dated and no longer in service. Is this correct? I haven't seen any recent VAPX hoppers.
