mississippi & tennessee shortlines

can anyone tell me anything about mississippi and tennessee shortlines such as the pearl river valley, kosciusko & southwestern, great river, caney fork & western, south central tennessee and walking horse & eastern? are any of these shortlines still in business? i drove through sparta tennessee this past august looking for the caney fork & western and did not see any track. where does caney fork & western end in sparta? i am also interested in businesses served by these shortlines and what items the businesses produce
