Yes, but liberties were taken. The most pronounced being the cut-outs in the skirting to permit the trucks to swivel on MRR curves. On the Q's cars(also WP, D&RGW, and the lone PRR car) the skirting runs uninterupted the full length of the car.

Are the Con-Cor 85' corrugated side passenger cars based on the CB&Q California Zephyer ?
