My advice would be to try to find two older Kalmbach books by Arthur D Dubin:
Some Classic Trains and More Classic Trains. Check your public library.

I assume you are thinking about Pullmans available for private charter. The Pullman Company issued a brochure regarding cars available for private parties. It had floor p[lans, decriptions, etc. IIRC, Wayner Publications reprinted this probably 20+ yrs ago.
