Generally, the numbers are placed on the silver body panel centered under the black window band. An article in the May 1995 issue of "Railroad Model Craftsman" and the following photos might help.

Does anybody have or know where to find pictures of NJ DOT coaches? I recently bought Walthers 85' Horizon NJ DOT Coach but don't know where to place the numbers. Please help.
