According to the notes at the bottom of the page I can't.
Quote: "Magazine purchaser may have photocopies of these drawings made as an aid to personal or commercial model making or tool design but does not have the right to distribute copies of the drawings to others."
I think you can buy back issues from MR or check some used hobby shops they might have it too.

The November 2004 issue has some ES44AC "GEVO" drawings. They are in S scale but it's not to hard to convert.

Does anyone have any plans on the GE ES44AC? I am looking to add 2 for my layout and do not want to buy powered ones. Anyone know where I can get the plans?? I also want to paint them in Santa fe Warbonnet scheme.
