You'll have to do some digging around on this site, but this might be a good place to look;

In case that doesn't work, I did a little more digging. I came up with this;

It's an old court case that Kanotex was involved in on the 24th day of June, 1915. It has to do with a tank on a flat car, so it looks good for you. The company existed at that time and used the RR's for transportation.
Other then that, I couldn't find a whole lot.
You might study some of the signage to determine what style of sign is correct for what era.

While originally produced in the 1920s, the Type 21 tank cars as released by Life-Like in their P2K line are painted and lettered for versions that date from the 1940s and 1950s. Does anyone know whether any of the released schemes are appropriate for an earlier era, 1930 or so? I know the Kanotex paint scheme, for one, is pre-WWII, but how much pre-? Any other schemes that date closer to the original built date? Any help on this would be appreciated.
