I have used MS EXCEL to make my own car cards. The pockets were easy, just a very trials to get the correct size. The waybill portion was a bit more difficult. By printing sideways I was able to get the four turn style. The only problem was to get then printed so the fronts and backs matched. Again a few trials had this mastered on my inkjet. I added the corporate logo to the top of the car card as well. They look very proffesional, if I say so myself.

Try:

There are two programs,
MITRAINS for car inventory and car cards
WAYBILLS for creating and printing waybills.
I'm using both with good success for the past 5-years. A sample version can be downloaded.
Good luck,
Gale

So there is no place I could download one or anything like that? If I could make my own, that would be great, but then again their starter set comes with a book that will further help me understand exactly how to use the system. I think I have a pretty good grasp of it anyway, but the more reinforcing I have the better.

Where can I find Car Cards? Is there a place online that I can find them? Has anybody tried to make their own by using a commercially available one as a model. I think as long as I could get the card stock making them wouldn't be that hard. My wife is into scrapbooking so I could probably talk her into doing it for me.
