I went to the "fallen flags" site and looked up the US Government heading:

Did not find an explicit category for Department of Agriculture and didn't want to spend the time to look at every individual photo. From your cursory description,
it sounds like it might be a classroom car. Have you tried a Google search ?

I work at Ge, one day last year I saw a car parked in our yard Marked Dept of Agriculture, It appeared to be a wooden boxcar with man doors on one side and on one end. Also had a window on the man door side.Has anyone ever seen or photographed this car ? I couldn't on GE property, can't have cameras at work.
