Centerbeam cars on the CP-Rail

Most of The CP Rail centerbeam flatcars I've seen have always been painted red. Then again I live in Western Pennsylvania which isn't exactly the heart of CP Rail territory.

I want to know at which time or for what diferrence the centerbeam cars on the CP-Rail are paint in red,blue or green like walthers did it?
