Howl well will Prodogy work with BLI?

I have a Basic Prodogy. I am loking to buy a BLI Loco w/ Quantum sound. Prodogy said I will lose some CV's and sound but would not let me know how much. If you are running this or similar I would appreciate hearing from you.

The Prodigy is limited to 4 functions and the light. All the other sound commands will stay in auto mode. The only CV I've ever adjusted was start voltage. The rest seem to work fine with the factory presets. I have 2 steam engines and a C30-7. never had a problem I couldn't fix with a reset.
