Some were repainted under Penn Central, but a lot of the jobs were half-"hearted" so to speak.
Some were re-painted, others had just logo's painted.
It depends what scheme you want. Could be #13 NH Pullman Green, #212 Hunter Green, or #401 Exterior Green.
McGinnis scheme was black with red-orange (#409) over the window band.

I have an old HO scale NH "American Flyer" coach kit that I'd like to finish. Assembly of the Eastern Car Works kit was pretty easy...once I figured out the underbody details, but that's another story [:D]
What I need to know, is what color green did the New Haven use on these cars? Did they get repainted under Penn Central?
Any help is appreciated.
