Was C.N.W. FP 7's (Ex C.G.W.) used on their commuter trains?

They never received generator sets or head-end power electrical lines, so they were just used in freight service on CNW. The 218 (ex- CGW 116C) was retired in 1975; the 217 (ex-CGW 116A) lasted until 1993.
