I do my modeling in1:1 scale but have always found modelers to be a treasure trove of info. The local rail museum is restoring a baggage cart and we need the correct shades of red and green. The cart is of heavier construction than most and has a curved front, rubber tires, and a letterboard on both sides above the cargo deck. Thanks.
