Help!!!. I need information on the illinois central paducah rebuild program. Especially their GP8's, GP10's, and GP11's. If anyone has pictures or information that they are willing to share please let me know.

You might want to search the Trains archives. They were covered in several articles and in their question and answer sessiojn in the back of the magazine. I believe the diesl spotters guide also discusses the conversions. You could also do a google search under images for each one.

"Diesel Era" magazine did an extensive article on the Paducah rebuild program several years ago. I'm not home at the moment so I can't check the actual issue. It did have many photos and would be helpful.

Join the three different IC Yahoo Groups, and start digging through their archives. There's a HUGE amount of data in their messages about various Paducah rebuilds, including an all-time roster with subsequent owners.

Once you're done digging through the archives for data and a few photos, head over to the Illinois Central Resource Website:
http://www.icgphotos.com/
This is the largest single repository of IC/ICG data anywhere online. We're talking over 1000 IC steam photos alone! There's lots of photos of the rebuilds.

The next best IC resource online is the Fallen Flags site. There's very little duplication between this site and the IC Resource Page, so they're both worth looking at:

Finally, if you're planning on modelling one of the GP10's, Kaslo Shops has just released a beautiful resin and etched brass shell for one. It's the most accurate Paducah rebuild ever offered in the hobby:
