I believe the kit as-built doesn't have any loader detail for the external track - the one on my father's HO scale Pennsy that serves as a coal mine got that detail using some I-Beams cut at an angle - that is the side that faces away from the viewer, so it just needs the suggestion

It can load rail cars on all three tracks under the loader (assuming there is a chute over the leftmost track). The outside tracks would be larger aggregate and the middle track would be finer material.
If you wanted to only load trucks under one of the bays, you could do that.

Which Walthers Loader? Being that you're referring to two "spots" I assume you don't mean the Flood Loaders, since those are both single track afaik
Regarding the Walthers Cornerstone loader, in real life, is loading under only one track? The other is for holrding the loaded wagons?
